Easy sign-up to the forum!

Not very many people have been registering since I made the forum open to everyone. Usually I have to make parts of the forum only readable to registered users to get new members joining but I would rather have it completely open.

I've done something that could help. There is now a quick and easy sign-up form and small survey that should pop up if you are not registered or logged in when you navigate around the site. This sign-up form only needs a username, email address and password entered. The main registration form may put some people off with all the optional fields.

For registered users, please use the autologin feature so you get logged in as soon as you visit the site. Otherwise the popup may appear.
