Hi,
I converted my credits to token to be entered in the drawing but my name is not on the list. How do I enter the drawing? It said after I converted that I have 104 tokens. But my profile says that I have 0.

Hi,
You need to click the 'buy tokens' button to enter the prize draw. You should see the button to click unless you converted too many prize draw tokens. You can only enter up to 100 tokens for each draw so make sure you convert less than that before trying to enter.
You don't seem to have converted Credits at the moment to Prize Draw Tokens (you may have converted them back). You have over 2600 Credits (2500 of them were for voting in the polls). You just need to convert them to Prize Draw Tokens to no more than 100 so you can enter the draw. |

Yes, I did reconverted them back. And I think the problem was that I converted a little more than 100 token, maybe that's why I didn't see the buy button. I'm going to try this again now. Thanks again |
