I have done everything in my power to get my winnings from this particular casino. I have all chat records and emails telling me my money will be in my neteller account. However as of today no money yet. What can I do? I have emailed, called and chatted online. I have been treatee rudely, and gotten 10 different stories. I also have a copy of the withdraw screen that says approved. Just no money yet, but they sure took mine. Now I want my winnings, and it has been 22 days, 15 business. as a matter of fact the managers who work these post have worked with this casino before. Any advice or assistance would be great.  |

Hi,
You don't mention the name of the casino but are you referring to Cirrus as that is the casino you searched for to find this site? Cirrus is not a good one and is related to a dodgy casino group which is dumped on this site. I wouldn't worry yet as it may take a bit longer for them to pay.
Can I ask why you chose that casino and not a reputable casino to play in? |

Hello-
Well, I have played at other casinos and always gotten paid right away. I believe I got an email about the casino and thought I would give it a try. I deposited quite a bit if money and when I decided to cut my losses, goodness gracious. This is the worst casino I have ever dealt with. They better give me my money as I have everything in writing. After readng on this website and GPWA I am freaked out. I knew nothing about these sites until I started researching tonight because I wanted to file a compliant. The stupid casino would not tell me who their licsense was through or anything. I get told to call back during the hours accounting is there and I always talk to Ms. Jennings, and she assures me its coming. But no money yet. What can I do to get paid? Thank you |

The truth is that RTG software casinos are often underfunded and one of the cheaper options for casino operators. If they have big winners, they may have to stall payments until more deposits come in. On the other hand, casinos using Microgaming software often invest millions and are well backed and the software company will pay players even if the casino goes bust (a few have in the past).
A lot of sites, especially those using RTG or Playtech software, fraudulantly deny winnings for unclear reasons when a bonus is involved. There is little regulation in the industry so you have to go with the respected sites to be treated well.
You will probably get paid eventually but it may take longer than it should. The best thing to do is keep calling and they may speed it up. |

I wanted to let you know that after 2 emails and numerous phones calls, and mentioning fair casinos and information I had found out they had my money to me in a metter of one hour. Imagine that! But I will never play with them again. Thank you for all of the advice and information.  |

wow - sounds like they oughta pay u xtra dfor your stress !!!
its a good thing it worked out 4 u an I guess u wont b back to play at that casino again??!!
How come these people running all these shady casinos can get away with not paying ther winners!!? That doesnt work in the real wolrd very well... seems like its all i ever hear about |
