This is how the 'honesty guarantee' system works: Before each hand you can get the MD5 checksum indicating the order of the cards in the shoe and later look in the history for the string of cards that matches with the checksum. You can use it to verify that the casino was not cheating but will need MD5 software (easily available) to verify the checksum corresponds with the cards.
The casino uses Flash and doesn't require a download.
