It's hard to understand what happened with this group. They seem well funded and initially were extremely well regarded. They used to have incredible weekly promotions. Then suddenly they rigged their software just before they launched a new look to the software in the summer of 2000. This only affected CasinoBar because their other casinos used STARNET software until quite recently. Now they all use the dodgy proprietary no-download software that at one time only CasinoBar used.
Despite lots of testing by third parties showing the casino was rigged, they had the nerve to threaten lawsuits and subsequently still seem to be operating unfairly now.
Many people believed their change of odds coincided with the new look to the Casino Bar software and website (circa August 2000) but although the new software looked different and fixed a few minor known bugs, my experience was that they started to rig their games a few weeks earlier. I posted to a messsage board with my experience at the time querying a bad run at the casino for a couple of weeks and asked if anyone had actually won and no-one reported winning. Since then, further independent tests were carried out to confirm the problems.

| Just another warning about this group. According to a few people, they now seem not to be paying winners or are doing so very slowly. I'm sure players wouldn't have deposited there in the first place if they knew about the history of these casinos. |
