====================================I had a problem with this casino, but they fixed it fairly well. I got an email bonus offer from them and tried to redeem it the day I received the offer, but they didn't accept it. So I called the 800 helpline, and the girl who answered said it was expired. I said it couldn't be, since I had just gotten it, but she insisted and was actually quite rude to me about it. I decided not to press it, since when I made my deposit (which was required to get the bonus I was trying to get), a popup appeared and said I was eligible for another bonus and to get it, I should call the 800 number and give them this code. So I asked about that one instead and she told me that one too was expired. Well, that was impossible, since I had just made the deposit only minutes before and it was offered to me then. She simply wouldnt listen though and was rude from beginning to end. I asked to speak to someone else, and she told me she was the only one there, period! I forget all that she said, but I found her conduct inexcusable, and decided to email the casino and tell them all about it, and they emailed me back, offering me the same bonus I was trying to get when I started the whole mess. So I finally got to play. Played blackjack and got it up to $600 plus (starting with an original deposit of $30 plus a bonus of $60) and then somehow, the next time I looked up, it was down to zero. So really, I felt that it was all just a hassle. But guess it ended up being my fault. Thought I was gonna be doing real well there for a while though!

Been awhile since I played here, but I do remember having some sort of problem redeeming the bonus coupon they had offered me, and that the support staff were less helpful than I thought they should be. Then I also had a problem uninstalling the casino software when I tried to remove it from my computer. In fact, it's still in here, but it's not playable, as if it only removed parts of it instead of all.
