I received several E mails from their support, telling me to open an account and get a freww $25, now this is coming from a group where I had an account at some of their other casinos, and all my info was the same. So, I opened an account, made the request for the free $25 and was told I didn't qualify as I had already gotten a bonus there. I may have very well had an account there from before and forgot, as I didn't have it recorded anywhere, but how much responsibility is accorded to their support as they have my info in their system already, which should not ahve LET me open another account, plus the fact that they sent me the E mail offer in the first place.
