32 Red announces the sale of Bet Direct for £5.75 million to Stan James Ltd. Contracts were exchanged last night and the sale is expected to be completed by 10th December 2007.

32 Red itself acquired Bet Direct in June 2006 from Sportech (Littlewoods) for £11 million plus account liabilities.
