Therefore, when King Solomon's moved away from Microgaming, Geisha had to either close or move with them.

In September 2003 (Grand Aces and Geisha Lounge) and July 2004 (King Solomon's), they moved software platforms again from Cytech to RTG.

King Solomon's was great and one of the best when it used Microgaming Software. I'm not including the sub-licensee Geisha Lounge, which may have had some unresolved issues with bonuses.

They lost their popularity when they changed software and service went downhill a bit. Their customer support seemed to worsen and there were occasions when a lot of confusion arose regarding promotional offers. They were resolved if the players were persistent enough.

I am not willing to put them in the dumped section though as I don't know of any unresolved complaints.

They are using RTG software which means that even if they were perfect in every other sense, these casinos would never feature in the Top Casinos list because RTG has plenty of bad apples in its stable and haven't regulated licensees effectively. The priority for them has been to collect royalties and licensing fees from their many bad casino licensees.

They are one of the safest RTG (Real Time Gaming) casino groups you can play at but you should probably look elsewhere before trying them, purely because of the RTG software.
