Casino-on-net.com, 888.com
Virtual Holdings Ltd., Cassava Enterprises Ltd.

Also includes reefclubcasino.com which was launched last year (July 2002) but Casino On Net has been around a long time.

Licensed: Gibraltar since 2003 (formerly Antiguan License).

There is a real possibility of this group being dumped due to the actions of one of the casinos. When Reef Club Casino launched last year, it made some terrible mistakes.

See this thread for more details: http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=5673

Although the two casinos may be under different management, they are probably under the same license.

This is possibly the largest casino group online. They advertise everywhere.

I'm just trying to post a player's game log here (might take a while)! He had a bit of bad luck at Reef Club. Five blackjacks for the dealer in a row and a very bad run of cards a few hours later!

Read more about it at Casinomeister's here

It is not proof of cheating but a guy who created a robot for the casino at casinorobots.com also reported strange losing sessions after playing for a while with the robot and told me he made his robot continually exit out of the game to stop the 'cheating'. I don't recommend the robot software because he made strange claims to me about it. He seemed to think he could beat the casino with his software which made me wonder about him.

I dumped this group last year due to the Reef Club incident when they opened. See the WinnerOnline link in the first post for more details.

Below is is the game log of the player who had the bad luck at Reef Club. He had some trouble receiving the full details but it was finally sent to him after complaining to Ecogra.

Assuming the game was fair, the odds of five consecutive blackjacks happening for the dealer is 4.1 million to one (the odds of a blackjack with the four deck game at Reef Club should be 4.756%)! This seems dodgy but considering the thousands of hands a gambler plays in a lifetime, it isn't extremely unlikely to happen at some point in his career. Since it is so unlikely to happen more than once unless you've played millions of hands, a good approximation of the true odds of it happening to you is to divide the number of hands you've played into the 4.1 million. After just 1000 hands the odds of it happening at some point is around 1 in 4100.

Just a few hours later, another bad run occurred which was calculated by the player to be around 3.91 standard deviations below average (this can be verified by the logs but I haven't done this) and a session as bad as that or worse only occurs one time in 21,661 attempts in a fair game. The bad luck session consisted of only 90 hands or so and he must have played many hundreds of session subsets of this length in the past but it would still happen only a few times on average over a player's lifetime over that many hands. It could be down to some very bad luck, but coming so soon after the extremely rare consecutive blackjacks event is a bit worrying.

Hmm. Cassava ( 888.com , casino on net ) etc may not operate the best casino software but one thing for sure is that they are reputable and their software is not fixed.

Otherwise they wouldn't have gained a gaming licence in Gibraltar for a start. In addition they are looking to float in a couple of years.

The software is probably fair. The problem was with Reef Club Casino when they opened. When Reef club first opened, Casino on Net had a pop up about the new casino which invited players to sign up there, although I never played there. Reef Club then unfairly retroactively denied the sign up bonuses to some players after they'd already played and qualified for the bonus. The link about it is at the top of the thread.

I haven't found anything about this but I can say that some people have been trying to search for this news as I've had recent search engine traffic after people searched for terms such as "casino on net sued".
