| For the moment, only registered users can read the forum. I've changed this as an experiment to see if more people register. I've also now put a direct link from the home page to the forum registration page. |

I've reverted some settings back so you don't need to log in to view the forum any more. You must be logged in to post anything.
I'll leave it like this for a few days at least. |

| The "News and Views" section requires registration at the moment. The RTG Caribbean 21 thread located there is attracting a lot of interest and was using up a lot of bandwidth due to the sound files in the thread being downloaded automatically. |

| There isn't much of a bandwidth issue any more. The "News and Views" forum section can be read by non-registered users again. |

i for one feel that it should be required to log in to view the site well atleast the forum. just my opinion, there is plenty to check out and learn, one of those privs.(priviledge)oops cant spell this morning. my bad
just thought id share my opinion,

| Messages can soon be posted by non-registered users... I have fixed the problem with spam bots posting automatic messages. There is a confirmation code unregistered users must enter when submitting a post in the forum that only humans can read! |
