I received the BelleRock CD in snail mail, so decided to deposit for the buy $50, get $200 free. First, I called support to see about my acvcount, which I had had for severla yers but never used. It took me 3 days to get through! I would be put on gold for a really long time, so I would give up. When I finally taledk to someone, she said I should just open a new account, rather than have to change my personal info, as I had moved since I opened the old account. I have never had to wait so long for a deposit bonus! it was 3 days before I received it in my account, and got no E mail notice or deposit notice at all. That $200 lasted me all of 20 minutes...and I was not betting more than a few dollars each time, sometimes less. VERY disappointing.
I had a much better experience with Showdown.
