I received an email from a player who couldn't withdraw from Aces High after deciding to try it.

It apparently kept coming up with some 'script error' when he tried to withdraw. This is probably due to javascript and browser problems. Has anyone else come across this?

As it happens a friend of mine had the same problem on his PC with all MG casinos. There's an extensive post about it over at Carpetbagger. He spent days on the phone and email with customer services from a couple of the big MG Casino Groups to no avail. He's now given up playing casinos. He got paid after a lot of hassle, as the casinos don't like cashing out over the phone.

I've read that quite a few people have had this problem cashing out but it wasn't a script error in most cases. There was a Microsoft Update that could have caused the problem. The fix is here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;831167

This must have to do with the newer updates of games Microgaming has added. I don't recall ever hearing anything in the past like this.

I haven't heard of any problems with cashing out with Microgaming.

As far as myself, when it comes to micrograming, I have a problem finding the cash out button until its too late! lol Rita icon_wink.gif

I haven't cashed out at a micro casino since early April (with no problems) but know several others who have cashed out in the past month without any problems either. It does sound like a computer problem more than a microgaming problem, especially with all the viruses/trojans wreaking havoc of late.
