The software company, Kismet is now operating Harrods. Formerly it was operated by Gaming Internet (which later changed names to Gaming Insight).
harrods-casino.com Harrods Casino
US players can't play here
Reopened:
Software: Kismet
License: Enliven Gaming, Netherlands Antilles
They also seem to operate quingo.com under the same license but they say it doesn't accept real money deposits.
Not sure what this is about then: http://www.internetcommission.com/casino_details.asp?cid=47209&substrs earch=&casinoname=quingo&amount=&game=&action=
The site urged extreme caution of quingo.com :

Special Note
This site has been reclassified as Extreme Caution Urged due to the lack of prompt response and resolution of outstanding disputes. The site will remain classified as Extreme Caution Urged until such time as outstanding disputes have been resolved and a pattern of prompt response has been established.

...but this is what Kismet said about quingo.com:

Enliven is an affiliated company to Kismet for the purpose of the gaming license. Quingo is only operating as a demo-only site, without cash play, for the last 1.5 years.
Thanks for letting us know about www.internetcommission.com. We will follow up with them and ask them to remove us from their list.

They had a 10% bonus offer recently with a playthrough requirement of 2x deposit (I deposited 2000). This was equivalent to more than a 4% advantage if you played close to the minimum amount.
I played just over 800 bet units and won an extra 50 (on top of the 40 unit bonus)!! This is about 1.74 standard deviations above average so the software seemed fair. |

The software seems to freeze or simply disappear without a trace sometimes. There are no error messages when it disappears. It is as if I just closed the software, although it's only happened a few times to me.
On the occasion it froze, I couldn't play an more blackjack hands until something was reset on the server end. It isn't a resource issue, since I was using Windows2000.
Overall the software is good. It just has occasional glitches at the moment. I've read another report of someone with similar problems with it. |

| I played a second 10% bonus offer from them quite recently and won on top of the bonus again. I deposited the full 2500 and cashed out 2800 (pounds). |
