I had played at Grand banks for sometime before hitting a really good run...I ended up cashing out $2500, which was great but!!..They refused to process the cashin for atleast 10 business day..then would only pay $500 a week.

I have cashed out alot more than that at other Playtech Casinos and never have I experienced that. They actually tried to tell me this was a normal thing with online casinos. Once I told them I knew better they became somewhat argumentative and stopped answering emails in a timely fashion.

My take on them is to STAY far away from Grand Banks Casino..and I play Playtech casinos daily..so I feel my judgement is an educated one.

I have just put this group in the dumped section (I somehow forgot to do this earlier). They do seem to pay eventually but have always been slow and still have unresolved problems.

Your case seems unusual even for them. They also had a problem just before they changed software from RTG to Playtech. Their sister site refused to pay some people on a high roller promotion.

They used to adverstise that they had the fastest payouts of a few days at most (this was mentioned on their website) but it wasn't true. Casinomeister promoted them for quite a long time until the promo issue with Black Widow and then he only removed Black Widow and kept advertising Grand Banks for a while even though they were the same group.
