Winward has been around a long time and I think used to use Unified Gaming software.
I have recently played at Bingo Hall as they had 110% bonuses. I only played with smallish deposits and got paid but a few players have had problems. There was a thread on a message board about the promotion and some players from there were denied winnings. Therefore this casino group will end up in the dumped section unless it's resolved.
Delano Casino is interesting because the owner of SciFi Casino group is Mark Delano. Maybe they are not linked though. |

I got shafted by Winward on a no deposit promo they were offering for new players.......
Met wager requirements and all that was required......went to cashout and wasn't really sure of the procedure so I emailed support....I gues in a couple of days they replied and said my casahout was being denied because the no deposit promo had ended......lol......okay
It was still posted on their website and the free $15.0 was put into my account autonatically after registering......
I dont have time to waist on a casino that is this dirty handed so I just blasted them on the boards where it really counts....

Winward casion fraud
I deposited $500 and wagered more than $6000, they put the bonus into bonus account, finally I cashed out $1200 including $700 winning. Emailed support, they told me I can withdraw since waggering requirement met. Faxed ID+utility bill and waitted for a week. Finally they block my account without a reason. I chatted with someone, they don't have a reason and let me email somebody. The email they gave me is invalid. I chatted with them again. They told me that I was in NEGATIVE DATABASE. This is ridiculous. I have never abuse bonus before. All my accounts in other casions are still alive. The support have to agree that they put me into that so call database due to my winning. What a joke.
Any suggestions? |

Winward are one of those casinos that gets annoyed when a player wins with a bonus. They sometimes try to wriggle out of paying those players for unverifiable reasons if they can possibly do so even though it is potentially fraudulant. Even if they could produce some terms and conditions to back up their behaviour, it wouldn't stand up in any court of law.
They have a very bad attitude towards those players who play once and never return. If you do return there without a bonus and play a bit, they are likely to give you a bonus unexpectedly to try and keep you playing there and (this is the part that also makes their attitude obvious) will suddenly become overly friendly.
Please stay away from this group until they learn how to behave properly and resolve their past complaints (probably impossible now)! I've also read reports of them locking accounts from whole countries (they banned UK at one point - not sure if they still do!) with money in there and not releasing the funds. |

Riverboat Casino riverboatcasino.com is another casino site in the Winward group. It was also a casino from the defunct and dumped Cyber Croupier Group which closed in 2003 (used RTG software at the time).
