The group has acquired (as of April 2003) the closed Challenge Casino and also Music Hall Casino. These two casinos have payments outstanding from the old management, Fortune Wheel Services, which Microgaming should be taking care of so that all players are paid.

These should have been dumped a while ago. They have a number of complaints and the worst thing is an extremely misleading bonus system they implemented quite a while ago now. They have a separate bonus account for bonuses that is slowly convertible to the real money account but they don't and won't tell you how much you need to wager to redeem any of this 'bonus' money.

UK Casino Club is another one they have now in the group - ukcasinoclub.com

I beleieve Captain Cooks and Casino Kingdom also run the same type of bonus system where you have a separate account for the play through of your bonus. It is a little confusing LOL!

The Casino Kingdom/Captain Cooks bonus account is different because they tell you how much you need to wager! Even in the terms of the Casino Action group they don't tell you, even stating it can be changed at any time!

From the terms of the casinos in this group:

Quote:

The rate at which bonus funds will be available to transfer is determined by the Casino Operator. The Casino Operator may change the rate at which funds will be available to transfer at anytime without notification. Different Games can have different turnover requirements due to the expected different holds by each game.

I can't stand nonsense like that!!... Terms like those cause me to run far away from casinos like that. If they want our gaming dollar they should make it fair with respect to claiming.

Thanks for the heads up on that one MrFair..lol...I know I won't be playing there in the future at all!

The funny things is that once you have managed to transfer some into your real account you then need to wager it another 20 times or so in the real account.

We have listened to constructive feedback we have received from players and we have restructured our bonus system to allow the casinos in our group to credit their players with More Bonuses, More Often.

Golden Reef Casino
Aztec Riches Casino
Music Hall Casino
Challenge Casino
UK Casino Club

HOW DO BONUS ACCOUNTS WORK
The player’s bonus account is a special wagering account that works just the same as their normal wagering account, but with a few subtle differences. Players will gamble at the casino as they have always done. Any bonuses issued will be credited automatically into their Bonus Account within 2 hours, unlike other online casinos where players sometimes have to wait anywhere from 24 to 48 hours before the bonus hits their account.

SIMPLE TO USE
It's simple, players wager their bonuses in their Bonus Account, meet any wagering conditions that may apply, and then transfer their winnings to their real Account. That's it!
Our bonus account also has a reporting tool which enables players to accurately follow their wagering on bonuses and transfer WINNINGS to their real account once our simple wagering terms are met. This system is easy to understand and there are no confusing rules to it. What’s even better is that if players hit that elusive Royal Flush or 5 line payout – It’s theirs to keep!!

CLAIMING THE BONUS
Imagine walking in to a casino in Las Vegas or Monte Carlo, where they issue players $100 in bonus chips. Players get to play with those free chips for free, wager with them and win with them.
Once players have completed their play, players can keep the bonus chips and play again and any winnings in excess of the original bonus chips we give players are theirs to take home as winnings. To transfer to a real account, a minimum of $50 is required, but there is no limit to the amount that a player can transfer.

The Key Improvements to the system are:
· All Winnings in a player's bonus account are theirs to keep!
· Casino Action can credit players with MORE BONUSES, MORE OFTEN!
· No confusing terms.
· Simple to use interface to keep track of wagering requirements and transfers.
· No fuss statement available live via CASINO ACTION.
· Players can transfer ANY winnings (less bonuses) to their real cash account instantly once the wagering requirements have been met.

For more information please visit Casino Action on any of the group's websites or contact live support via email or chat.

Phoenician and Nostalgia are now part of this group, it seems.

I don't think Casino Action Group resolved the problems they made for themselves with their bonus system although their current system is ok (their statement above didn't really explain it well, however).
