This group has changed status to Dumped. More details will follow shortly. It is due to promotional issues. They had their chance to resolve matters but have decided not to.
I will soon give details of the problem. There was also a separate issue regarding a daily scratchcard at one of their casinos that seemed to have malfunctioned, to put it kindly (the odds of winning were meant to be 1 in 3 but the odds reportedly changed drastically after a while with noone winning for weeks). I never tried the scratchcard but have read about this incident at other message boards.
I advise anyone not to play at Gala International Casino, Gala Casino or any of their related gaming properties (including galabingo.co.uk, galacasino.co.uk and galainternational.com). |

I've yet to give details of the old problem. Basically, they sent out promotional emails to players soliciting deposits with an extra bonus thrown in but they failed to honor the promotion so players deposited for the offer and didn't get the promised bonus. This was for galainternational which was using Boss Media software and has long since gone. Here is Casinomeister's warning about them before I posted the same warning above:

The disappointing thing is that there was another issue I personally had with this group. They are resolving it in a way but I've had to wait a long time for them. It was a simple case of retroactive changes to terms and conditions and I'm not sure they realised what they did wrong. Unfortunately, it's taken them a long time to resolve (they claim they are finally sending me my winnings which is around £1000 but I'm still waiting for it) and I'm not very confident other players haven't had similar problems.
I'm posting this in the old section until the new one is sorted out. |
