 This is about Hampton Casino.com. I won 1000.00 playing video poker on March 9, 2004. I played on this money until March 16th, when I cashed about at $670.50. I have been trying almost daily to get them to pay me. They offer no good excuse for not paying me other than they are having trouble depositing the funds in my Firepay account; and, when I told them to send me a cashier's check, they have to wait for the funds to be deposited. It is now April 8, 2004, and I am still getting the runaround from Hampton Casino. This is the same casino where the man won over 1.3 million and they refused to pay him too. Is there anybody else out there having the same problem with this casino? I contacted the Internet Gaming Commission on Friday, April 2, 2004, and they said they would get back to me within 72 hours of a response from the casino. I have heard nothing from them either. Any ideas how to get my money? |

Hampton was bought out by another casino group around the time you played. It is now connected to connecttocasino.com. I don't recommend you play there again but you probably will get paid eventually.
Try going to the forum at winneronline.com as they have a long thread there about connecttocasino.com (the new owners of Hampton).
The Internet Commission.com is just bogus and mostly out of date. It recommends some dodgy casinos and doesn't really do anything. |

Why don't you try calling Connecto Casino since they own the Hampton now.
If you don't mind me asking, did you win this amount from a deposit, deposit plus bonus, or just from a bonus?

| I won my money on a deposit alone - no bonuses. I hate to claim the bonuses. It seems it is hard to cash out once you do. |

| I have heard more bad than good about ConnectTo. Especially about bonus issues. I've seen the manager post at a few forums...very defensive, and haven't heard yet where anything has come from trying to deal with that casino when there is a problem. |

| Also Connectocasino support staff are rude and do not care about you --your situation or anything .They made the mistake of not closing my account and do not care ...Please do not play there ever if you want to throw you money away go ahead have a blast but if you win you will not recieve your winnings that is a guarantee....another guy hit there random jackpot on cleopatra on saturday march 26th 2005 won 26,000 dollars do you know how much he recieved 0.00 the got him as well ...be careful they are liars and thieves |

| my problem is with dessert dollar and not haveing multple accounts but the multiple account was fine and nothing stopped when they were debiting my checking account 20 dollars , 20 dollars again and again, then I win seven hundred dollars and all of a sudden there is a problem, I have to talk to securtiy, mail my drivers licsenc my debit card ,then they can't read it this was over seven months. but dessert dollar one way or another i will get my money, dessert dollar will have so much negative advertsising i will leave it at that. |
