I was re-introduced to Showdown Casino and Belle Rock Gaming by a most wonderful support representative named Jim. He was friendly, quick, patient and listened well. He didn't rush me or present anything but the best support one could hope for.

Unfortunately, after that day I had contacted support again about a technical glitch they had initially in their new Free $25 Promo... and this second time the outstanding "Jim" was not there, and I had a not so pleasant experience. Granted, they were slammed with the new No Deposit Promo and probably all at their wits end. But I found that not all support staff were as good as others. They tried to transfer me and disconnected me by accident (I think ) Then they said someone would call me back, which no one did. I had a email I tried to send but could only find a small query box on their site to submit an email which was very irritating. No spell check, no record of my email, and the font size was very small and hard to read. Then I hit submit and got a "page cannot be displayed". Yikes! By this time, I was pretty annoyed.

The good news... is that I did receive a nice email apologizing for my inconveniences. The awesome support representative "Jim" personally wrote me and kind of smoothed things over as well. All in all I think I caught them on a bad day. We all have them.

The $25 bonus was in my account in less than a few hours and the game play was smooth, no problems... and gotta love Microgaming!

All in all... I had a good experience and will be back again.
