I received an email from them telling me that I'm in Santa's good list (Christmas In July promo). So I contacted the live chat to ask what the bonus is, the girl, Rossanne told me to hold. I did from probably 30 minutes. And finally got an answer from her. She said "IT'S IN YOUR ACCOUNT!" and she disconnected the chat. I looked in my account and there was nothing there LMAO...
I thought that was funny. If I wasn't elligible, just tell me the truth. Don't lie like that. It only makes them look bad. That just tells you what kind a casino they are. And no, I don't want the bonus anymore. Doesn't matter whether it's free, no wagering requirement and no maximum cashout. They can keep it. |

I got the same promo from them yesterday. The PC I am using is so slow, I could not delete it fast enough LMAO!
I read the subject lines of the emails I receive with one thing in mind. If something is to good to be true, delete, delete, delete LOL! |

LMAO... Got that right, Tricon.
Today at 9 AM they emailed me telling me that they've credited my account with the bonus. I looked and it was $10. It's probably gonna be sitting there forever LMAO...
It took them almost 12 hours to finally credit my account. Don't want it anymore. Like I said, they can keep it. |

Well it's there, play it.. win.. and cashout. Then tell us what happens.
Of course that might just add unwanted frustration.. are they really that bad? |

Nah, I'm too stubborn LOL...
I don't know for sure. But I know for sure that they are related to Cirrus. And there are questions whether Cirrus is related to Virtual or not. |
