I signed up to the Jackpot City casino via www.casinocashjourney.co.uk & opted for the deposit £100 & get £100 bonus. After registering as a real player & depositing £100 using click2pay I read the terms & conditions & found that to qualify I would be limited to slot & video slot games.
I wanted to play blackjack.
Does anyone know a way to qualify whilst playing blackjack?
I previously fell foul of a similar pitfall with Lucky Nugget, so looking to get deposit back!

Hi Pazuzu
To start off this thread, The Best, is not for problems you are having with a deposit.

You should always read the Terms and conditions in any casino, bonus, or no bonus.
I honestly don't think there is a casino which will give you a bonus and allow you to play Black Jack or Craps. Most won't even allow you to play Video Poker with a bonus.

If you have not played any of the deposit yet, have you tried to call the casino and ask them for your deposit back. If that won't fly tell them you don't want the sign up bonus. Then you should have the option of playing a minimum amount and cashing out.

Good Luck

Hi Pazuzu,

Very recently, the Belle Rock Gaming group have changed the terms and conditions of their sign up bonuses to only allow slots. I'm not sure how long this will go on for but it is a general trend with online casinos.

There are still many casinos that allow Blackjack though with the sign up bonuses! Cherry Casino, Littlewoods, Crockfords and Lasseters are examples. Littlewoods is very good and has the lowest wagering requirements of any Cryptologic casino.

The good news with Belle Rock, is soon after you join and play one of their casinos, you will receive additional bonus offers with very reasonable terms and conditions that allow blackjack. Of course, it is up to them whether they send you these offers and keep you on their promotions list and usually they only send them to players who seem to play sometimes when no bonuses are offered. I honestly don't know how it works for them but that is usually how it is with casinos. Some casinos simply send good offers to players who are losing overall with them and don't send offers to the winning players.

By the way, you should be able to take your deposit back if you haven't played at all with the money yet. Even if you have played a bit, you should just explain to them the situation and ask for your deposit back.

P.S. I moved this to the right section of the forum.

P.P.S. I received your email a while ago about the referral but never got around to replying and you email is lost amoung hundreds of others now. I will give you the 5 Prize Draw tokens for being referred by casinokat and will give her 10 tokens too.

By the way, you should contact the webmaster at casinocashjourney (especially if you have problems getting your deposit back) because the promo details in his review are outdated.

Jackpot city is still refusing to refund my deposit. I have not wagered any of the credit at all. they insist that I must wager 20 times my deposit plus bonus, on slots & video slots. Their email says $2000, but in fact I deposited £100 GBP or pounds sterling & was given a bonus, which I cannot recall requesting, of £50.
Can anyone suggest a way of persuading them to refund?

I will email them about it! Have they shown any sort of proof that you requested the bonus? They should have some sort of email generated from the claim form.

When you say you haven't wagered any of your deposit do you mean you haven't wagered anything at all? You can ask them to remove the bonus in that case and then you should be able to withdraw if you like.

Maybe email them and request the bonus be removed, thus stopping the need for you to forfil a WR?
