Hello,
I hate to be a whiner, but I went to play the VP tourney today and the first time it wouldn't load correctly. The cards were just white boxes with nothing showing up. I hit the refresh button and got it to load and played. When I went to check my points, it took 50 for the first one I loaded, even though I couldn't play it.

Is there a possibility I could get the other 50 points back? If not, no biggie, I just wanted to let you know it didn't function properly for me.

Hi,

I've given the points back. This is a problem with the Video Poker that I haven't figured out how to fix. It only happens the first time you load it up but even then it only happens some of the time. There is a thread here about it at the top of this forum section: http://www.faircasinos.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=380

What you should do is load it up from the link in the thread first so it doesn't use your Credits and then close it and play it from the tournament page. It will always load properly the second time.

I will probably change the game later so that the points aren't taken straight away but only after your first cards are dealt. That way at least you won't lose the points if it happens.
