I've been hearing the term alot. Is there really such a thing as a "bonus seeker" a guaranteed winner?
Most bonuses have wagering requirements and excluded games from what I can see... so, what is it a "bonus seeker" has got that makes him so threatening to a casino?

My own opinion, and I've given this some thought, as it relates to me - myself - anyway, about being a bonus hunter........
I cannot see how any casino could find me as a threat to them or their casino. Or label me as a bonus hunter/or put me on a black list.
Sure, I take advantage of just about every free bonus I find. What I do not do are these 2 things: 1. I have cashed out on a free bonus (n/d) maybe 2 times, once for sure, possibly one other time, but I don't remember for certain. 2. I don't want to take their other 'bonus' offers. No match bonuses for me, thank you.
I like the N/D offers so I can try out the casino, see if I like it, what the c/s is like. I go by my instincts about a place. I don't claim to be an expert gambler about anything.
Definitely not a high roller, pennies each month, is all. And no big cash outs, a few.
But for a casino to bar me because I've been listed as a bonus hunter would be their mistake. Maybe not a big one $$ wise from me, but I visit a lot of boards and I post here and there and I have an opinion that I voice here and there. and I know when I see something negative about a casino it carries weight with me in some form or other.

me too, i use n/d bnuses but i also deposit, i have only cashed out a couple of times from n/d coupons and i was a depositot so i wouldnt say i abused anything, some casinos are not enjoyable sometimes so n/d chips are great to try them out, many places i have been glab it was there money and not mine, other places the bonus is enjoyable, right customer service etc so you deposit. you cant like all online casinos but you have the right to try before you buy if they are offering you the opportunity to.
i dont really belive there is much bonus abuse - if you have multiple accounts you cant cashout, t & c's and wager requirements are so full on now you can barely make playthrough lol
then you have to be diciplined and cashout.....then not reverse |

I've recently been schooled on this. Though I'm not sure how good of a student I was. But I guess there's a difference between a BONUS HUNTER/SEEKER and a BONUS ABUSER.
It's confusing because casinos use so many labels for the same thing, and sometimes not.
I would consider myself a semi-retired bonus hunter and never a bonus abuser. I also would take most any free bonus I found at one point, and probably still would if I had the time to look. But in return I deposit plenty. I just don't always put my money in the same places I got the free chips from.
It's up to that casino giving the free chip to make the first impression the right one... usually they don't. In which case I had played their free chip to find this out and I continue purchasing at my regular casinos.
A Bonus Abuser I think is worst. Someone that never plays on his/her own money and doesn't risk their own money. And if they do, not often or much. They abuse the system and play to maximize their chances of winning even by riding the line of almost cheating... but staying right inside the line to not be. Those players ruin things for the rest of us I think.

| i find that now iam more likely not to try sme n/d bonuses now because i dont like the software, or the group/casino isnt reputable, at first i would try them all lol |

I am a Bonus seeker!
As far as being a winner, ROTFLMAO I don't think so!
Actually I don't seek bonuses from casinos that I'm already registered in.
If you deposit into a casino regularly you will get bonuses, whether you’re losing or winning!
I'm always looking for bonuses from casinos which are new online. I've probibly played almost every No Deposit bonus from every Microgaming casino online to date.
Most of them don't even give sign up No Deposit bonuses anymore.
As far as cashing out, I can count on one hand how many I cashed out on a sign up No Deposit Bonus LMAO!
The object is to use it on games you may not ever try or software you may have never used. |

A business offers a no dep credit, you accept and they call you an abuser. That does not make any sense. One casino offers 15.00 free ND and other casino's begin to do the same to entice business. We will try the casino and mostly will lose the free money. We will than deposit our own money in the one that we liked best. No abuse, just business.I try them all BUT have stayed loyal to 2. I started on those 2 with no dep. credit and they in turn have profited nicely. AOL and others give you free 60 days to try the ISP, this is profitable for them as a good percentage of people will remain as customers. It is the same principle. It's a business.
The casino's always say free software, so what, they must give us free software to profit. We must take the time to download and install.

Taking a No Deposit Bonus does not make you a bonus abuser, and the casinos do not look at it that way.
People who only look for No Deposit sign up bonuses for the sole purpose of get something for nothing, making up false ID's in order to get the same sign up bonus again, and whom never make deposits at casinos, is exactly what Casinos consider Bonus Abusers.
You are not in that catagory ;o) |

This is a subject that many online casinos don't fully understand it as we do I don't think.
And if players don't deposit, they're quick to label players rather than looking at WHY didn't they. Maybe taking responsibility for not making the grade.
I don't think we are in the bonus abuser category. I think a bonus abuser is someone that has it dialed in and has no real intentions of risking their own money.... but found angles to abuse generous bonuses to make bank until the bonus is taken away.
