Hi
I tried to redeem the bonus that's on your bonus list for Grand Banks Casino - think it was a free $15 No deposit.
But never got it credited to my account.
In fact, I haven't had a whole lot of luck with the bonuses I've tried to get from that list - seems like something has gone wrong every time. Well, not every time, but a few... Anyway, so thought I would see if anyone knew anything about this one...
The bonus list info said it should be credited within 15 minutes of when you redeem the coupon, and it's been days now, maybe over a week, since I tried to get it. So it looks like they're not going to add it.
I asked the casino chat help about it., and they asked me if I'd gotten an email offering me this bonus,and I told them yes, but that when I registered, I registered with a different email address than the one at which I received their email. He said that didn't matter, as long as I went from the link in the email from the start. Which I said I did.
He said, "Then it should be automatically credited by now." So I waited a while longer, but still nothing has been added. Doesn't sound like it will do me any good to keep asking support about it, since I'm sure I'll just be told the same thing.
So I thought I'd ask here about it. The info about it on the bonus list emphasizes to be sure you're in the casino's site when you enter the URL of the bonus link that was posted. Why would that be important? I didn't understand that, but I did it anyway. I thought maybe that had something to do with it, but I don't know.
Anyone else know anything more about this?

Oh, no problem, I wasn't griping about it really -- and I mean, actually, it IS for real - or it should be anyway -- that link that you posted goes to a webpage that looks like it was an email sent out to a list, and it did include this bonus that you're talking about, and it was not yet expired, and it gave the same info you did, no deposit required, and all that, so should have been ALL GOOD, right? So I don't know what went wrong.
Who knows, maybe it was just me... did you try to redeem it? And if so, did it work for you?
Thanks for replying too- I'm STILL on that bonus list, trying to squeeze out a few more free dollars! Been there ALL DAY! ha...Well, there AND the tournaments at this site -- but YOU knew that, didn't you, as I can see YOU beat my terrific video poker score with (AN EVEN MORE TERRIFIC) score of your own!! Turkey. lol
I actually GOT a royal flush on that thing yesterday - I really really really did - no lie... but my score DIDN'T SAVE!! I was disconnected when I tried to save it and didn't realize it until it was too late. I emailed the admin hoping that at least they can tell me they believe me, but I don't know if they can tell I got one or not, if the score didn't get saved. That's all I really wanted out of it now, was just for someone else to know about it - and to BELIEVE ME!hehee
Just not the kind of thing you want to keep to yourself, know what I mean?
I couldn't believe how excited I got when it happened - even though it's a free game, you know... Now I'm almost scared to get a "real" one out in a casino sometime! I'll probably faint!
I got one one time on a quarter machine in Vegas, but I only had ONE quarter in at the time. And that was a very rare thing for me to be playing not fully loaded (me AND the machine - ha!), so that one didn't make me much happy at all.
Then I got one once with all 5 coins in, but it was on a nickel machine! That was still a good one though, I forget how much that pays -- but it could have been better still... so yeah, after seeing my reaction to the one I get here at home on a free game, I better be careful playing out in public! Really makes me want to get out and go play now...
But anyway, I just thought I'd share all that with you, (and anyone else reading!) So for now, thanks again, and I'm off to the bonus list again I think.
And don't think I was complaining or anything - 'cuz I wouldn't want you to stop posting bonuses! Keep that up for sure - I've been having some fun, finally gotten a few redeemed - still haven't WON a thing, but that's OK. I like to play, I guess... especially if it's THEIR money.
