what'sthe "modify" button on the Casino Directory list here?

Hi - I was looking at the Casino Directory on this site, and I had a question... I see the 2 buttons "review" and "modify"... I know about the review button, but I'm not sure I'm clear on the modify button. Could you explain that part for me please? I hate to ask you to repeat yourself, 'cause I'm sure you covered it in another post somewhere, but I guess I'm asking anyway... thanks!

You can modify almost any part of the casino entry. It then goes to a pending state and needs to be approved before the changes are made. A few long standing members can edit the entry with no approval necessary for the changes to take effect so changes are immediate for them.

The changes are all reversible anyway as there is a record kept whenever anyone changes anything. I was going to give Credits for updating the info but the Credits are not automatic at the moment.
