I have had nothing but problems with Bellerockgaming over the past 6 months or so when trying to find out why when I submit a bonus claim they come back with one story after another about how I didn't qualify for one reason or another. And now this last time at The Gaming Club I deposited just over $1200 and claimed a $150 bonus that came up through the software - once I submitted the claim the details of the bonus were gone (so I couldn't copy it as I had to start doing that several months ago). After 3 days and no bonus I started the chat, email, phone contact trying to find out what was going on. As usual I got a different answer from everyone, one saying the promo didn't exist to my deposit were not made during the appropriate time frame during June on a promotion that started out FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE!
Long story short, Over $1200 in deposits in a week and a half and not one cent worth of bonus money for that.
I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem with any of the bellerock gaming casinos.
FairCasinos EDIT: If you were registered I could have helped you but I have no way of contacting you. Most players find Belle Rock to be very good. They are one of the most reputable casino groups. They sometimes take a while to sort out problems though unless you are very clear with support about what you want. They seem slightly overworked. |

No I havent but I gave up on them ages ago due to lousy support - with the money I drop online I expect fast and reliable support and Bella Rock doesn't offer it.
Theygot too big too fast and have suffered for it. Send me a Pm if you want and I'll share with you where I play and why..

Amean to that! I was denied a first deposit bonus for
some BS reason, that was after I had deposited at all of
their other casinos. They don't answer E mails and I
can't get through to them on the phone. I threw their CD
away and uninstalled! |

If you have claimed a deposit bonus at one of Belle rocks other casinos you will not get a bonus at one of the other's. The point of offering players a deposit bonus is to let them try out the games with a decent size pot.
They stopped allowing players to claim at EACH of thier casinos to stop BONUS ABUSERS!!...so if your only interested in depositing once just to get the bonus then forget it.
The biggest issue right now is all the bonus abusers who think the casino's owe them bonus's everytime just to keep them happy and that is just not the case. |

laserman, you can claim the signup bonuses at each of the casinos not just one. They haven't changed the rules on that.
Catrescue911 had claimed a no deposit signup bonus at the casino so wasn't allowed to get another bonus when the same casino changed the signup to a deposit bonus. |

I've always received anything I was supposed to at Belle Rock. I have had a few small issues over bonuses offered that did not register right and therefore not credit automatically. But those were technical issues not true denials. It still frustrated me but they have always taken care of it and credited anything they owed me within 24 hours after I call.
I don't play there often but I do feel safe that they'll give me any deposit bonuses due or correct any mistakes.
They're not the quickest email repliers, but they've always answered the telephone right away when I've called and seem very polite. I won $100 in a random draw type thing last week with a $50 deposit in which I got a $50 bonus and then was notified the next day or so that I won the $100.
