Has anyone seen the latest 32red feature/article in TotalGambler magazine in UK? The magazine comes as a free supplement with some non-gambling magazines by the same publisher ( www.dennispublishing.com ).
The article was about how to win in roulette! I can tell you I am not happy with the article. I am not sure what to do about it yet but I'm making a few inquiries. |

| I've removed advertising for this casino due to this issue and may have to dump them soon. I haven't heard back from the casino since my last email a week ago. I don't know what they can do to fix it. This casino is one the the top rated casino sites according to reviews by our forum members and has a great reputation (although personally I haven't played at 32Red for quite some time). I would like to know if they intend to do anything about the article. |

Obviously, a lot of players like this casino (it is one of the top rated ones in our directory) but that doesn't excuse the fact that the mistake wasn't handled satisfactorily. If and when casinos are properly regulated, this sort of thing would have resulted in either revocation of their license or a hefty fine.
They had the power to resolve it but didn't. It wasn't really their fault to begin with other than lack of checks but once they became aware of the problem (if they could admit to the problem) they could have done something to apologise and make things clear to the roulette players who joined after reading the article. Instead they decided it was best not to attempt to fix the problem since the CEO implicitly admitted that the casino saw an increase in roulette players from the article and a consequent increase in profits.
I asked the CEO this question and he replied with the following in the forum:

I'm afraid this issue has not been resolved so I have finally dumped them. There has been a delay, but I was very hesitant of doing this due to their great reputation. It's disappointing that I don't recommend you play there any more due to this situation but that is obviously up to individual players to decide. |
