SciFi has outstanding complaints mainly relating to promotions from a while ago now. More details to come. They will be blacklisted unless these are resolved. I'm not sure how many complaints there were but there have been no recent complaints.

I am having extreme difficulty confirming any unresolved promotions issues with this group. There was a problem with a winner claiming he wasn't paid $12k and neither party having good enough records to know how much was paid but this was apparently resolved (this thread wasn't updated): http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=4765
Updated on this thread:
http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=4818

There were also bonus issues for a few players in 2001 but I don't know if it was sorted out:
http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=3724
http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=4873
http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=2858

I am removing them from the Dumped section for now.

I starting playing at ScFi years ago, didn't play for a while, then recently, last month, made a deposit and a few at Breakaway, their sister casino. I just can't seem to win there....very tight for me at both. The main problem I have with them is not getting comp points for play...unless you are "invited" to their VIP club. I'm sure many people who play RTG's do not know this the first time they play, and is very annoying if you expect to get them.

I too have a problem with their comps system..and I have been playing there for quite some time..I prefer a casino that takes better care of their customers with better support and shows some loyalty to their players..although I do admire Sci-Fi group for being one of the few casinos owned by woman.

I recently played at Sci-fi with a free $25 sign up bonus. I met the wagering requirements and cashed out a small profit.

A few days later I got an email stating that my withdrawal had been denied. When I tried to find out why, I was informed I had been gambling from Poland, and therefore I wasn’t entitled to any winnings. I wasn’t. I am a US citizen with all the documentation to prove it, but they wouldn’t accept any proof. So, they didn’t pay me.

I have to conclude that this casino is best avoided.

That just demonstrates why players need to be EXCEPTIONALLY careful when choosing which RTG to play at.
There are just so many rogues using that software. icon_mad.gif

Some of the rogues (like Cirrus) do pay up eventually, but 22-days for a cash-out is just unacceptable behaviour in my book.
How long did it take them to process your deposit? 22 seconds?

Well done on the RJ's - still waiting for one of those at RTG though I've had a couple of little & one big one at Crypto! icon_lol.gif
