Quote from the Manager, Alan D Roberts:
| Quote: |
Forty Plus Casino is owned by the Green Oak Ranch Inc, we have no sister casinos; both our personnel and top management were recruited because of their experience in land based casinos (management positions), the idea is to bring the concept into the online gambling world, we look forward to making our customers feel as comfortable as they would feel in a land based casino.

| I'm dumping this casino for now since there are reports that they have become unreachable and payments have been delayed. |

| They owe me some money, and I finally got the Email from OddsOn requesting my EH account details...and that was several days ago. Anyone know how long after that you actually get the funds? |

I finally received the Forty+ funds owed to me for so many months yesterday in my EH acccount. At least they did that much, but I would like to have the details of exactly what happened and with who. |

The Forty Plus Casino, Oddson, and the Dirctorate of Gaming in Antigua chose to remain silent.
All names to the Forty Plus casino were all aliases, here are the real names of the people in Costa Rica who operated the casino::
The Costa Rican records on Green Oak Ranch S.A. give this info;
(Green Oaks Ranch does not physically exists.)
Cedula (id number) of the company: 3101343444
The firm is located in the Thrifty Building in San José at Avenida 13
and Calle 3.
The firm was founded March 30 of 2003.
Jorge Eduardo Barahona Ramírez, president
Roberto Fabricio Calerdón Yong, secretary
Jorge Alberto Guerrero Vargas, treasurer
Monserrat Melissa Dias Araya, fiscal
Gustavo Alvarez Mora, resident agent
A power of attorney without limitation is in the hands of Orlando
Guerrero Vargas, a lawyer from the nearby community of Escazú. The
lawyer would seem to be related, perhaps as a brother, to the treasurer
of the company, although the names are common ones.
The name in red above is actually the George Finley all knew him by. Above is is true name.
Even Ron Maginley, the Directorate of Gaming in Antigua still remains silent on legit questions. |

I am so sick of these casinos who bs everyone...the problem is they are hard to hold accountable and they know it.

That is exacly why they base themself offshore, unreachable! But I've been (and am) in touch with DOJ in the States and Canada, and they both say these offshore gaming businesses ARE reachable, difficult yes, but not impossible!
Players who have been stiffed by these people whose actions are that of a lying thief don't persue it to the extent they should, due to lack of funds, or they just become disgusted/dishearted about the whole ordeal. |
