Riverbelle is from the Bellee Rock group which has been around for a long time, and has proven itelf by withstanding the test of time so well. Although I know without a doubt this is a very reputable casino and you cacn always count on things being fair and correct in the end, they seem to have a LOT of technical SNAFU's when they put out their promos, or mail them out, for any kind of bonus you have to claim through their submission forms on their site.

I haven't figured out why they have so many mistakes getting that right, but it doesn't seem they allow their support staff any authority to credit accoutns even when it's clearly a msitake they made. When you're aleady peeved about a problem from their side, you just want the problem fixed, and fixed in one call. But all support can do is assure you they are aware of the error and your account should be credited within 24 hours, or something similiar.

The structure of their support and any related management or supervisors and who they make visible and reachable if there's a problem (NO ONE but support), really needs to be looked into I think.

I do still play at Riverbelle though. They have great promotions all the time and the casino itself plays well. I can usually play a good long time at Riverbelle. I do think they are improving.
