Complaints System - Please Read *UPDATED*

Please simply post complaints in this section by clicking the 'new topic' link (you can also summarize and link to complaints you see on other message boards).

You should also link your posts to the casino in question. The linking method isn't available yet but will be soon.

I considered creating a 'probity' rating score for casinos based on their complaints but I have decided not to as I haven't been able to come up with a good rating method to use. More popular casinos will get more complaints, so I don't think it is feasible to have a probity score that rates casinos by the number of complaints unless you know how popular they were at any given time. Any unresolved and valid complaint that I deem serious enough will cause it to be not recommended. The number of complaints doesn't matter.

When a complaint is resolved, it will simply be marked as resolved in the title. There is no time limit for complaints so old complaints can also be posted, although they are obviously more likely to be left open and unresolved.

The complaints forum will let you set a date as a calendar event when you post a new topic. You should set this to the date of the complaint.

Old posts complaining about casinos will also be moved to this forum section.
