Hi,

I don't quite follow the conversation at casinomeister. Did he hear some sort of taped conversation you were in where you said you used a robot?

All I can say is I didn't cheat. No robot player. No software. The manager of this particular casino is trying to get me to say I cheated by offering to by this robot code. There isn't any I simply played the game on a table with a $10,000 max and was cut off by RTG at around 1.3 mil. I say again I did not use a robot of any kind.

The robot wouldn't have made any difference to the casino if the game had a house edge. Did you find a strategy that gave the player an edge?

Yes that is the jist of it. I wasn't there so I don't know what he heard. The only reference I made to being ripped off is in response to the manager saying that they paid alot of money to make sure their players ar on the level. I did say "you got ripped off man" meaning that this company had sold him false information therefore he had been ripped off since I didn't cheat.

That is just one casino. I have other balances that RTG has siezed totalling over 70,000. They can't stand the fact that I won.

NO. I used the Wizard of Odds basic strategy table and that is it except for the occassional "gut" feeling. This is clearly demonstrated in my play.

It is important for everyone to understand that this effects all of us as the vendor and casinos alike will now know they can get out of paying by simply calling some term with no relevance. Anyway I didn't use a robot. RTG should allow my play to be examined by an independent auditor. If they have proof that I used a robot or software of any kind why don't they release it. I have had my balances siezed, my accounts closed, my name dragged all over the place all because I won.

The money is rightfully mine. I won it all by myself. No help from software or robots or anything.

The biggest was Hampton but I have many RTG accounts all of which are being closed and the balances taken. Delano's had over 70,000.

Yes I did get some installments. I won this money over several sessions.
I was playing on a table with a $10,000 max and I played mostly $10,000 hands.

I hope you can at least recover some of those confiscated winnings. There should be some legal recourse for you. Good luck.

Pirate, I just read the thread at Casinomeister...don't post anything else until you get sound legal advice. You can bet that's what they will tell you!

I have an Attorney who I will be speaking to tomorrow. My point in bringing this to public forum is to let every one know that this could happen to them at an RTG casino. Imagine yourself on that table, figures rolling into 7 figures, and then..........cut off locked out and all that money gone.
What they are doing is just plain wrong and it could happen to you.
I have spoken with Sirius and my phone call should be posted soon. Listen for yourself.

Why did you play at RTG casinos for that kind of money? 1on1 casino has $10,000 max hand limits. You would have gotten paid there. Sands and Omni have $5000 limits. You would have gotten paid there. Aren't RTG casinos already well known for stiffing players and cheating??????? I have never heard anything like that about Crypto casinos.

This is off topic but there was a mysterious 100k winner at a crypto a few years ago (on 'break the bank'). You can find out about it on winneronline somewhere (mb.winneronline.com). The player got a small part of the money but Crypto claimed it was a software error. I think there was a non-disclosure agreement in the settlement so I have no idea what happened.

I've made this part of the forum only readable to registered users now because there seems to be a lot of interest and the bandwidth usage is quite high.

What I would do, if I already cashed out at least $25,000 and had at least a $10,000 balance at one of my high BJ limit online casinos is stop right there and request a call back. I would then debfrief them on the situation and warn them what happens next: ALL MAX HANDS mixed in with additional payouts UNTIL I BUST.

I would then give them a chance to set a max win limit and I would go over the payment methods and timetables. If they give me the green light to slamdance it AND I felt comfortable with their phone demeanor, I'd go on. If no on either count, I'd cashout either where I'm at or at a set amount. I would also tape the phone conversation for my protection.

This way there can be no confusion and no controversy. To take it up all the way to $1 million at a shit RTG book and without ever taking the time to dot all your "i's" and cross all your "t's" is beyond stupid. I don't know what to even call it!

How long did you have to play to get up to 1.3 Million? Did you think of stopping at a lower win? What I'm wondering is whether you discovered a flaw in the software that made you quite confident of winning?

No, there is no flaw in the software and where doesit say a player should quit while you are ahead. I am entitled to win as much as possible like any other gambler. Crypto casinos don't have Caribbean 21. It is not a fair comparison.

Have you contacted wizardofodds at all about this? You mention you used his strategy table, so maybe you discovered something he overlooked?
