| i need some help on this on. i received in the mail a disc and a letter from jackpot capital casino, played the free 50 bonus, was fun so i deposited $100 and got $200 free for a total of $300, the playthrough was $8000 ! a few hours into playing i hit big on a slot almost 2000, i kept playing got to 4000! was loving it, i wagered my 8000 and played my total to about 2000, then hit alot of free games was up almost 600 more and then my account was immediately frozen, said BLOCKED ACCOUNT CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.. so i did said my account was closed because of a negative database and she then hung up on me! i have sent several emails and they all come back the same saying account is closed.....HELP ME SOMEONE. PLEASE! |

| Did you join the forum? The owners are Greavestrend Ltd and it is the only casino they have (RTG software). Make sure you join the forum and send me a PM with you account number at the casino if you want me to help but it doesn't sound good for this casino. |
