Under Development
The details and reasons for inclusions in this blacklist can be found in the other threads in the DUMPED section but currently not all are posted yet. You can perfom a search using the link at the top of the page. A casino is easily listed here and some transgressions are more serious than others. When there is any doubt, they are put into this section. There are many better casinos out there so please avoid these.
The list may not be exhaustive of the casinos blacklisted in the DUMPED section and until the DUMPED section is more complete and the blacklist finalized, I won't update this thread often. Amendments may obviously still be made after the official complete blacklist is finalized.
Currently, some of these are not yet officially blacklisted (those without the URLs) because these inclusions are taken from casinomeister.com's 'rouges' list that I haven't fully researched. I don't expect to redeem any though but there is always the chance.

Golden Palace casino, 1998, hit royal flush for $2,000.00, wired money in three days. Different software now, I'll bet different owners also.

Who knows redfawn. Nowadays it doesn't take much to black list a casino. A couple of complaints from some new patrons to online gambling, who didn't read the terms & conditions. Then they post a few times in forums and before you know it there’s a mob rule effect LOL!
I have already seen this done with Largo Casino in some forums. And the people who are complaining, are nothing more then bonus abusers.

| LOL!! I hear dat Tricon! I just try to go by how a casino treats me. Like if they answer emails and are courtious on the phone or live chat also if they pay me and don't take 2 years to do it lol. I have read some negative stuff about Largo to. But, Chris has always been responsive to my emails. |

Hi,
I had problems with gone gambling in 1999 in one of their auction accounts. They basically voided my win and could get no explanation. I did play blackjack quite safe though and had little chance of losing but it could have been rigged for all I knew and I still met the terms of the offer. I got paid eventually months later but this was nothing to do with gonegambling.
There is more about it on this thread :
Winneronline thread
The links at the bottom show that later even John Abbot washed his hands of the casino I had the problem with ( see here ) but later he started promoting their new casino. I think the winnings were paid eventually from the old casino but I'm not sure.
The gone gambling website was originally very dodgy too. This is a page from when they started but this wasn't what they were blacklisted for (originally John Abbott were just selling gambling systems).
Roulette System
A BS quote from the end of that page by John Abbott: | Quote: | My system is not free however. I know what your thinking, why is he selling a system if he could be out using it? Unfortunately, most all of the casinos know me and even the online casinos have refused me access after about $10,000 in winnings. I am tired of looking for casinos that don't know me. As most of you know, eventually my winnings will run out, and I will have to work like everyone else. But I know, your not rich yet so I'm only asking $47 to provide you with a copy of my exceptional casino system.
$47 is cheap enough when you realize that you can win it back on your first trip to a casino!

Here is more of the problem I had :
| Quote: |
John's last email:
Quote:
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
...
At the request of Monte Cristo Casino refunded your payment. In an email to me last week, Monte Cristo Casino informed me that you did not comply with the rules of the purchase by betting the total amount of the account prior to making a withdrawal.
I can only go on what I was asked to do. I'm sorry but I'll enter into no further correspondence on this matter.
Regards,
John Abbott - Manager Gonegambling http://www.gonegambling.com
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
I think John Abbott clearly didn't want to resolve my problem because what he wrote about me not complying with the rules was totally untrue and not what the casino was saying to me and he wouldn't reply to further emails.
Monte Cristo never said to me I hadn't complied with the rules because I wagered quite a bit more than required, to be safe. A reason Monte Cristo gave for not paying was not getting my deposit money from John Abbott. The casino said: 'I asked JT's auction and they told me that you got your money back from them, we did not receive any money regarding your account, because of this reason we can not pay you any winnings since we did not receive any amount from you....'
An earlier email from him:
Quote:
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
Paul requested that we refund your payment for the account you purchase because of a dispute or problems you were having. We refunded your money and believed that your account was closed. In fact, as the payment for the account was refunded it's just the same as the account never existing.
You'll have to take this matter up with Paul. We have refunded your payment for the account and now have nothing to do with it.
Regards,
John Abbott
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
Notice he didn't mention I didn't comply with the rules until the last email he wrote about the problem! I'd already won the day I finally got the account (it took a while) because I cashed out the same day so why would I ask anyone for a refund? The only dispute was trying to get the actual account which took slightly longer than advertised.
John Abbott's two emails about the Monte Cristo Casino problem gave two different reasons for refunding the account. He obviously wasn't telling the truth. If he wasn't hiding anything he would have tried to help get my winnings. Monte Cristo Casino obviously carried on being advertised on the gonegambling site and they carried on selling the discounted accounts in the auction.

More on the scam systems he was selling:
| Quote: |
From the page I linked to earlier that John wrote about his 'make a living playing roulette' system he was trying to sell:
Quote:
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
Roulette is a game of numbers and percentages. Now what if we could bring the advantage to the gambler mathematically? We could consistently rake in money from the roulette table! Until the casino asks you to leave the table.
Have you ever seen a casino pit boss ask a gambler to "please try another game sir?" Well.. That's Me!! I can't go into most casino's anymore, and if they do let me in, they don't let me anywhere near the roulette table!
................
My system is not complicated, its very simple to use, anyone can use it!! It also works great in the online casinos!! My system is not free however.
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
That's just one of the many systems he was selling.
I also like this one he was selling for a special price of $70: 'How to Win Lotto'!
Quote:
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
The Celestial Lotto System...
This system was developed by three highly unusual people who joined forces to find a way to "crack" the game of lotto for a select clientele. One was an astrologer, one was a numerologist and the third was a well-known psychokinetics expert with a stunning track record of wins.
Like many brilliant discoveries, the final method turned out to be very simple to use yet it produces outstanding results. All you have to do is to collect the previous three weeks winning lotto numbers (in your favourite lotto or pools).

I have been trying for 2 days now to play the 1 hour free play offered at Captain Cooks and i keep getting the run around. I have sent approx. 10 emails to support to get this resolved and everytime i get a reply, i get another excuse as to why its not working. The last reply is that i already claimed or i was already an existing player. Neither applied. I am so mad at them right now i can't see straight. I sent one more email, lets see how it goes. I will post again to let you know. But at this moment, i have no desire to play at their casino. I have never had this much trouble at a casino before. All i wanted to do was play!!!!!! |
