Eight months ago I received an email from someone representing this group and wanting to advertise on my site. I posted about it on another site when a player was having problems with this group. I am quoting a post of mine from this thread: http://www.got2bet.com/gambling-forums/showthread.php?t=1059

This group was reputable until over a year ago now. Incidentally, I recently received an email from someone from itsmanagement who wanted to discuss advertising on my site. He gave an explanation of their recent actions after he contacted the casino management about the problems. They don't seem to realise how badly they acted. Even now, many players still get the bonus refused or their accounts locked for no reason.
Here is their explanation (removed email addresses):

Thanks for getting back to me and for being so frank and honest.
I have spoken to the casino management about the changes and they have
been brought about by a high level of promotion abuse with many users
never going on to play further than the minimum at the casinos in a
attempt to gain the free money and nothing more, understandable this
has
up set certain people who only deposited in attempts to gain free money
and never had intentions of playing for anything more.
Understandable you cannot promote theses casinos if you do not believe
that they have acted honestly so I thank you for you time and wish you
all the best of luck in the future.
Kind Regards,
Tim

Hi,
I guessed you represented Casino Rewards but I thought
they had one less casino (7 not 8 ) but it was the
closest group I knew of from your description (you
also mentioned 2 poker rooms). Is there a new casino?
Casinorewards used to be very reputable but since over
a year ago they have made some bad decisions,
including unfairly applying terms and conditions
retroactively. For example, sometimes players deposit
and accept the terms for offers, but Casino Rewards
later changes the terms and players have to accept the
new terms and not what they originally signed up to.
There is a lot of information about this and it is
still happening now from them.
I'm not sure now if it's possible to resolve the
situation as it has been going on for a long time. I
think they had problems with their bonus structure
before that cost them too much and they have gone to
extremes trying to fix it. Instead of offering
bonuses, maybe a comps system would be better such as
offering players half percent of bets back or 15% of
player losses monthly which would beat all other
casinos at the moment.

There are more recent complaints on winneronline:
http://mb.winneronline.com/showthread.html?t=16374
I also heard they are one of the few groups who
haven't been approved by Ecogra (not that it would
matter much) but I have not checked this.

| The response from 'management' shows they can't be trusted and it doesn't bode well for the takeover of the Integrity group and payment of their players that have been locked out and are waiting for payouts. |
