I'm dumping this casino for now since there are reports that they have become unreachable and payments have been delayed.

A power of attorney without limitation is in the hands of Orlando
Guerrero Vargas, a lawyer from the nearby community of Escazú. The
lawyer would seem to be related, perhaps as a brother, to the treasurer
of the company, although the names are common ones.

The name in red above is actually the George Finley all knew him by. Above is is true name.

Even Ron Maginley, the Directorate of Gaming in Antigua still remains silent on legit questions.

That is exacly why they base themself offshore, unreachable! But I've been (and am) in touch with DOJ in the States and Canada, and they both say these offshore gaming businesses ARE reachable, difficult yes, but not impossible!

Players who have been stiffed by these people whose actions are that of a lying thief don't persue it to the extent they should, due to lack of funds, or they just become disgusted/dishearted about the whole ordeal.
