www.victorchandler.com : their main business is sports betting.
Victor Chandler is a famous UK-owned sportsbetting firm originating from the late 1940's. They moved offshore in 1999 which brought about the change in UK law to abolish betting tax. Other British firms followed Victor Chandler and moved their business offshore so the UK government abolished the tax to tempt them back to Britain.
The group have also operated casinos online for over two years.

| The software company Dot Com Entertainment Group, Inc. also had a deal with Rock International Ltd. which is a company owned by Victor Chandler International. Announced in an August 2001 press release, Dot Com were to power casinos and maybe bingo for the Victor Chandler company to launch in September 2001. Not sure what became of it. |

Victor Chandler have made a slight mistake and started removing bonuses and even winnings from accounts. I've had over £150 in winnings removed and around £300 in bonuses. I'm not sure how long it will take them to resolve this situation so they have been moved to the dumped section for now.
What they have done from 21st July is change the money system. Now you play straight from the account balance and there is no separate chip balance (no need to transfer from account balance to chips and back again). The problem is that they also seemed to remove pending bonuses plus some of the withdrawable winnings that hadn't been cashed out!

Incidentally, there was another problem at the start of the year that I couldn't resolve but I let it go because they were still offering the monthly bonuses. They didn't have in the terms and conditions that the pending bonuses expired after 30 days and the phone support didn't even know this either. I emailed the pitboss about it who agreed with me and told me he will ask for it to be added to the terms and conditions and I would receive the bonuses that expired once I'd completed the wagering for them and emailed him back. It was soon added to the terms and conditions of all the clones but I didin't get the bonuses he promised me even though I kept emailing him about it with no reply (it amounted to £150). |

| The main errors are being fixed. I think it was mainly a technical error with the upgrade but there is still a lot to fix. I am removing them from the dumped section for now. |

| They still seem to want to apply the new rules retroactively so they are dumped until they resolve it. They are now only offering a monthly bonus once per person (before it was for each of the skins/clones if you had accounts at more than one) which is fair enough but many people still had bonuses to play for from the previous month that were removed. |
