This casino has owners who claim to have been succesful in online ventures and also have management with land based experience in Australia but the information is vague. I hope they are well funded. They are spending a lot on marketing.

He wrote previously that he chose RTG because Microgaming fees were 'ridiculous' and he wanted to spend more on marketing. He also said RTG seem committed to cleaning up its act. |

So far, this casino seems to be fair to it's players. They came forward and paid the Pirate, when as the other RTG casino's that he has money at, has not. This is about the Hampton Casino issue. |

I like the idea of the instant pay-out. Once you get paid quickly, which I have been paid in a few hours from Shark, it's hard to wait more than a day for winnings. I am spoiled!  |

Why is Phoenician casino even in this topic, The Rest?
Phoenician is the best RTG casino and the only one out of 17 who have paid PC-21 the $20,000.00 he won from them, and unlocked the casino for him to use again! I know one player getting his winnings does not make a casinos reputation. But with the amount of money owed this player, over 1.3 million by rest of the RTG casinos, the pressure was on Phoenician to do nothing. Yet the casino owners knowing the player did not cheat, not only paid him, and welcomed him back to the casino, but also posted the truth about his play, and commented on the fact that the rest of the RTG casinos which owe this player money do not have a leg to stand on.

| I had no idea that phoenician was one of the casinos that this player had won at. That is awesome and makes me like it even more!! I have read about some of whats going on with the player and his winnings. Was it palace of chance that wont pay and del rio? I forget. Kudos to you phoenician casino!! |

Phoenician paid $20,000.
Prism paid $30,000. Not collected / played back
Virtual paid $30,000. $25,000 Not collected / played back

Yes they did but they only had to pay $5,000.00 since the player lost $25,000.00 back. This guy is not cheating he just plays well and has had some hot streaks. The 1.3 million was won because he got that account up to around $300,000.00 because Hampton continued to raise the amount he could bet a hand, they figured he would lose sooner or later. Well they raised it to $10,000.00 a hand, can you believe that, and he then climbed to 1.3 million LMAO
That's what greed will do to a casino owner, works both ways ;o)) |

That is a lot of luck i need to find him and let him rub some of that luck off on me. Has far as Prism and Virtual they are a joke Virtual never pays anyone lol and Prism just have bad service and i have heard some bad thing about them . The casino you should have up there is Brandy Casino no one there know nothing and the service is rude on top of they do not honor their promo's

You should be wary of new casinos coming out, especially ones using RTG. I would like to know more about the management. This casino seemed to appear just after Forty Plus disappeared and Forty Plus also claimed to have management experience with land based casinos. The Forty Plus manager was telling me when they started that different software companies were evaluated and RTG wasn't chosen because of their bad reputation. I have no grounds for thinking they are linked.
Phoenician are spending a lot of money on marketing but have also told me they thought Microgaming license fees were too expensive ('ridiculous' was the word Dean used). |

I agree, Phoenician has always been fair and honest AND to have instant withdrawels processed is just icing on the cake! I have never had an issue with them.

Strange happenings. Dean has left and now they have changed to Microgaming Software, which is a good thing. I'm not sure if they have the same owners. I will have to find out more. |

They are now licensed in Kahanwake and it looks like they are now part of the Casino Action Group (which is dumped)!!

| I may be wrong, but if they are now part of the Casino Action Group (they already in recent years acquired a few other Microgaming Casinos), then I will have to put these along with them in the Dumped Section. |
