When deciding whether to dump casinos into this section, it is usually pretty easy because any wrongdoing automatically puts them here. I am sometimes slightly lenient for promotional issues. Casinos sometimes change the terms in the middle of promotions and try to claim the new terms and conditions but this should be easily sorted out when you phone them.
Criteria are (off the top of my head):
Rigged casino software (trust me, I'm a mathematician!)
Unresponsive customer service (may not be deadly if they have ok phone support)
Excessive payment delays and/or excessive promotions (usually indicates that the casinos are financially suspect or are plain crooks)
Refusing bonuses for obscure reasons (normally happens when a casino doesn't accurately calculate how much they could lose on a crazy offer or they are trying to get back at bonus hunters)
Changing terms of a bonus offer and trying to claim the new terms on someone who accepted the old offer
(not deadly if it is sorted out but there is no excuse for a casino not knowing which terms apply to whom by checking the dates)
It is possible to be redeemed from the blacklist but not easy. It's almost impossible if a casino is listed for having rigged software, even if defrauded players are refunded. You can post your opinions on this here. |

Sounds like decent criteria to me. I'm sure at some point things will be added, lol. I hope players read the posts as well before depositing and playing anywhere,
